Monthly tuition is based on prepayment for all classes. Tuition is due between the 1^st and 15^th of the month. Any payment made after the 15^th of the month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Suzanne’s Dance School does not send statements out unless an account is past due. Tuition credits or refunds are not given for missed classes. Make up classes are available as an option but are not required. Missed classes may be made up in another class of the same level or lower if available, with the exception of the period between March 5th and June 21st due to recital preparations. Suzanne’s Dance School accepts cash or check as well as Visa/Mastercard. For your convenience, we will be offering automatic payments from your Visa/MasterCard on the first of each month. If you would like to take advantage of this new service and avoid late fees please stop by the office.

There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.

Each account is required to pay an insurance and registration fee at the time of enrollment. This fee is equal to one month’s tuition. This fee is charged annually and is not refundable.

Students may withdraw at any time during the year by completing a withdrawal form. A student is considered "enrolled" and tuition is due and expected accordingly unless a withdrawal form is completed at the office. Students who simply stop attending are still responsible for tuition until a withdrawal form is filled out. No refunds are given. If you need to make special arrangements due to extreme illness or injury, please communicate with the office. Tuition will be charged, whether you are attending or not, until a withdrawal form is completed.

If a student is more than 10 minutes late for class they may not participate but are highly encouraged to observe the class.

If a teacher is absent from a scheduled lesson, a makeup lesson shall be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. If the student misses a makeup lesson, there will be no second makeup opportunity. In cases of sudden illness on the part of the teacher, the teacher and the school shall make every reasonable attempt to notify students.

Suzanne’s Dance School reserves the right to use photos of students and teachers taken in the studio or in conjunction with the studio for promotional and public relations purposes.
